Animals are welcome as long as they are well-behaved and do not pose a threat to participants or other animals.

There are strict rules regarding pet hygiene: you need to be able to take them outside of the event location when they need to go to the toilet. Please bring your own waste pick-up bags to make sure you leave the surroundings as you found them.

When considering whether this is a suitable venue to bring your pet, please be aware that the festival space might get loud and crowded.

There are a few rules that we ask you to respect so that everyone can benefit from a safe, fun and enjoyable environment.

The festival is substance-free (no drugs or alcohol). We ask you to respect this so that everyone feels safe and is fully present, with consciousness and authenticity.

When it comes to cigarettes, we ask you to go to the designated smoking area outside the event location if you really (really) want to smoke. And as we are in a rural area, please, for the love of everything alive, do not throw your cigaret butts on the floor, but in the ashtrays provided.

No violent, disrespectful or discriminatory behaviour of any kind will be tolerated. It could lead to exclusion from the festival.
You must be over 18 years old to attend the festival.

To join, you’ll first be asked to fill out a short form so we can get to know you and how you’d like to take part. As this is a collaborative festival, it relies on everyone contributing in their own way. You’ll have the option to offer or contribute to an event, such as a concert or workshop, or to let us know how you’d like to help out over the weekend. We’ll then review your responses and see how we can best bring everything together.

After you fill out the form, we’ll be in touch shortly by email. As SkibidiFest is an intimate gathering with around 30 spots, applications are limited. If your spot is confirmed, you’ll receive the payment details, all additional information, gain access to car-sharing and shuttle options, and we’ll discuss in more detail how you’d like to get involved.

The ticket costs €50 for three days, including food, a sleeping spot, and bathroom facilities. If you’d prefer to stay in a dormitory (please bring your own sleeping bag and pillow), there is an additional €10 fee, making the total €60. The festival is entirely volunteer-run and non-profit; it wouldn’t be possible without your support.

The ticket price covers vegan food (mostly local and organic), water and electricity costs, materials and equipment costs (such as decoration, sound system, dry toilets...) and the shuttles from and to the train station.

As is the case with many of the best places, the event location of Vergeat is located in a rural area.

It is easiest to reach by car. However, as we aim to make SkibidiFest a low-impact festival on the environment, we highly recommend car-sharing or hitchhiking to get here. We will set up a system for guests to connect and communicate about offering or requesting rides to the festival in the confirmation email :)

It is also possible to come by train. The closest train stations are Langeac and Saint-Georges-d'Aurac (or Saint-Georges-d'Aurac Bourg). You can use the French railway app SNCF Connect to find a train, or the website www.sncf-connect.com. We will organise shuttles from and to the train station.

The nearest city, Le Puy en Velay, is connected by bus and train to stations close to the festival site.

And the closest airport is in Lyon, which is also the nearest major city and the best-connected hub in the region.

The farm is equiped with: 3 showers with not that hot and sometimes refreshing water, 4 dry toilets, a summer kitchen inside the barn with all the equipment necessary for cooking for a big group, as well as a big dining room and an auto-wash station.

The dormitories are rooms of 2 to 10 beds. Most of them are bunk beds, there are also a few double-beds. There is only a bed frame and a mattress, so anything else that you want for sleeping, you should bring.

Don't expect luxurious facilities, most of it is handmade, a bit wild and summerly. It is comfortable but in a very different style than a 5-star hotel :)

Regarding event spaces, there is a courtyard with a stage. That's where the bar is as well. Inside, there are several rooms, varying in size, for partying, concerts, workshops etc. And outside the farm, there are plenty of fields :)

There is a parking lot (well... it's a field) beside the festival location. The Skibidi Crew will guide you to a suitable spot upon your arrival.

There are a few flat spots for parking your camper right next to the festival location. Depending on how many people come with a camper, you may need to drive down to the river (about 5 mins drive, 15 mins walking) to find a flat spot for the night.
